Can I shower with my jewelry?

Yes! All our jewelry is tarnish free, 14k gold and authentic. You can keep your jewelry on and it will not tarnish.

What is your Return Policy?

We currently only accept exchanges/credits and no returns. We will accept items that fall within our 7-day exchange policy. Which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/credit.

Your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn and unused
  • in its original packaging

If your exchange/credit is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/credit will not be accepted.

Store Credit
Store Credits are available, if returned within 7 days of delivery and will be processed within 5-7 business days once the return has been received. Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 6 months.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders or personalized items will not be eligible for exchanges/credit. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

What happens if my item comes damaged or there is an issue?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long will my order take to be processed? 

All orders are processed within 3-10 days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How are items shipped and what are the rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Priority Mail (1-3 Days)


Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier service disruptions. We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.

Please expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has shipped including a tracking number for your order.   

    What happens if my item is lost during shipping? 

    We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
